Ticket Information and Reservations

ADMISSION TICKETS: All advance purchase tickets are $8.25 per person, with one free chaperone ticket for every ten tickets purchased. A 10% discount will be given if we receive payment in full for your order prior to October 20th. All advance orders will include a $7 packing and shipping charge. Ticket reservations may be made any time prior to November 7th, which will allow us to have your complete order shipped to you or waiting for you when you arrive. If you have additional people join your group, they may purchase their tickets at the festival on the day of the event for $9.25 (plus tax).

ADVANCE ORDER & UNUSED TICKETS: To receive the advance purchase discount rate, we recommend you order enough tickets for everyone thinking of attending when you place your initial order. If you have unused tickets you may return them (10 tickets or 10% of your order, whichever is more) to the festival ticket booth for a full refund. Larger adjustments must be coordinated prior to 4pm on Friday November 9th. Refunds will be checks sent to the school by December 20th.

PROGRAMS: As soon as the Student Day schedule is finalized we will post it on out web site. We will also ensure everyone that places an order gets a copy of the schedule. Additional copies will be available for both teachers and students at the festival entrance gate.
